Secchiano

The route explores the eastern and southern slopes of the Monte Nerone massif. The climb winds through a narrow, wooded valley, before the view opens up toward the Furlo Gorge and Mounts Petrano and Catria. The Bosso River valley is also magnificent, always captivating for its diverse and dense vegetation and the presence of the stream that runs alongside the road. It can also be ridden on a gravel bike, but the surface is quite rough in some sections; a mountain bike is preferable.
