Witch's Mountain

The route is short, but with some steep climbs. The loop begins in Serra Sant'Abbondio and circumnavigates two paired peaks called La Crocetta and Monte Tordo. The climb is very scenic, with beautiful views of Monte Catria, Corno del Catria, and Monte Acuto. You arrive near the Fonte Cingualdese and pass through the small village of Piccione, almost uninhabited but with numerous renovated and well-maintained buildings. A pleasant walk, moderately challenging, and with no difficulty in orienting yourself.
